That heavy feeling of numbness,the struggle to live everyday.The daily shatter of hope and wanting things to be okay at the end of the day but they never turn out right.Many people write pages and pages on how depression feels but no one writes about how to get through it or remind you how strong you are.
While the pain of something or someone causes us grief,we often forget that we're important too.Late night at 3am,when we shatter on the bathroom floor crying all we have for us is no one but ourselves.This isnt a lecture claiming that you're a fool or acting abnormal to seek attention but this is to remind you,I know how you feel,what you're going through and what your struggles feel like.Fighting depression aint easy its a battle that you're only aware about with no visible scar.Breathe.When was the last time you ever told yourself "i love you"?You're stronger than depression,despite you constantly refusing yourself,i know you are.Look at yourself,despite the heavy pain in your chest,you're breathing,you're a warrior,you're beautiful and important and the best possible person i can ever imagine
Times may make you think you have no one for yourself,you think you might not,but you do,if its not a person its God and if you dont believe in God and want a person that person is you yourself.
Breathe,show everyone or an event which caused you depression you're more worth it,so much more than a scar.Every scar shall built you and every wound shall build your throne
