DIY hair oil which helps reducing frizzy hair and hair fall

Hair fall and frizz is common problem in Pakistan, most of us are aware of why we face these two situations, but have no knowledge on how to cure this. Most of us, would try to stop our unhealthy habits and adopt healthy ones or search for solution in the market. Instead of spending thousands over a product which doesn’t causes any satisfaction, why not create DIY a hair oil that proves to be solution to all your problems. The focus of this article is how to fix frizz and hair fall, using natural ingredients at a low cost, with effective results. In just two or three uses, you will begin to see results.

 What causes hair fall?

·      Alopecia
·      Physical stress
·      Too much consumption of vitamin A
·      Lack of protein in diet

 What causes hair to frizz?

·      Shampooing too much
·      Hairbrush
·      Flat iron
·      Blow dryer

How to make the oil:


·      Two spoon of pure almond oil
·      Three spoons of pure coconut oil
·      One spoon of pure castor oil
·      One spoon of black seed oil

Mix all these oils together. This amount is sufficient for one time use. If your hair length is long, you can increase the amount of oils, keeping the ratio same. Massage the oil in your roots and then apply hair oil on tips.





 Advantages of ingredients:


1.  Almond oil:

The ingredients of almond oil helps fighting hair frizz and hair fall. Almond oil consists of magnesium, phospholipids, omega 3 fatty acids and vitamin e. These ingredients, limit hair fall and nourishes hair deeply. Few drops of almond oil, does wonders, not only it heals hair, but also causes hair to be smooth and shiny.

 2.  Coconut oil

Coconut oil not only acts as a natural moisturizer to hair, but also helps in reducing dandruff and hair loss. It seeps deep down into follicles of hair, making hair soft and lustrous.

3.   Castor oil

Is said to increase and speed up hair follicle growth. Castor oil is effective to make hair thick and cover up bald spots.

4.  Black seed oil


This oil is Turkish and Indian’s secret ingredient for having long thick hair. It has numerous advantages, such as, it nourishes hair, causing increased hair growth. It also is said to fight scalp fungal infections, reduce blood pressure and headache.
