1.letting it all out

 2.Don't go hard on yourself

Just like you take care of a broken leg and are gentle with is similarly you treat yourself that way,gently.Don't underestimate yourself.Don't push yourself towards something that stresses you.dont give yourself harsh compliments.Don't compare yourself to others 

3.groom yourself
Try new outfit or wear makeup.Wear your favorite perfume and try to look your best

4.walk/drive
 You get fresh air and change in environment acts as self healing

 5.help someone or perform little act of kindness
 "treat the world better than it treated you" inspire yourself with this quote.Do little acts of kindness like visit your parents,bake cake for neighbours,compliment someone or smile at a stranger.

IoBM food review

The thing that I was most excited about in university, in my first semester, was food.
